From the M5 North

Take junction 27 and turn right signposted Tiverton. This part of the road is a dual carriageway. After about 7 miles you will approach a roundabout, take the second exit signposted Barnstaple. The road limit is 60 mph. This stretch of road is single carriageway most of the way with some overtaking. You need to go all the way to Barnstaple and start to follow the signs to Bideford.

At the Roundswell roundabout (there's a BP garage) you turn 1st left onto the B3232 towards Torrington. It is approximately 9 miles to Torrington and you will go through Newton Tracey and Alverdiscott.

After passing Huntshaw Cross aerial, a big landmark on the right, you will need to take the next right turn on a left hand bend. The road is narrow and it goes down to a junction called Delves Grave. Turn left, go past Darracott reservoir and three wind turbines and take your second left turn. A sign on the left hand-gate says 'Crowbeare'.

Your next left will also have a Crowbeare sign and you will have arrived. You can collect the keys from the farmhouse. Please advise time of arrival any time after 3pm.
